LAKE FOREST, Calif. — National Creditors Connection recently announced that it has successfully completed the SAS 70 compliance conducted by Bronsky & Co. CPA Firm.

The SAS 70 process is designed to determine that the controls a company has in place are properly designed to provide reasonable assurance that the specified control objectives are achieved.

An independent accounting firm specializing in SAS 70 audits and examines all controls to validate they are relevant and reasonable to a user organization's internal processes.

Auditors will soon physically test the operating effectiveness of NCCI's controls, which will also be conducted on an annual basis.

NCCI's audit was conducted in April at its corporate headquarters.

The opinion expressed by the independent auditing firm stated that NCCI's specified controls objectives are "suitably designed and provide reasonable assurance."

NCCI's goal is to continue to provide clients with the finest service while maintaining the highest security standards.

"NCCI prides itself on being the industry leader when it comes to protecting its valued clients. We realize the potential risk our clients face when outsourcing to a vendor such as ourselves, which is why we are ever vigilant in our pursuit to keep our clients safe. This includes being compliant to standards widely recognized and set by the AICPA," stated Richard Rodriguez, NCCI's president and chief executive officer.
