What is Premium Membership? Premium members receive discounts to CMG events, easy access to content, industry research and analysis, special offers, and more.
What if I want to cancel? You may change or cancel your subscription at any time. To change or cancel your subscription, please visit your profile page. We do not accept cancellations by mail, email, or by any other means. If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription and other subscriber benefits will end immediately upon your cancellation and you will receive a refund prorated to the effective date of your cancellation. If you cancel within the final 30 days of your subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Are refunds available? When cancelling a monthly or quarterly subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, however your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund; your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
Must my subscription be automatically renewed? All of our subscriptions are on automatic renewal for your convenience. You have complete control over your subscription and can visit your profile page to change or cancel at any time.
What are your rates? An individual membership is $25 per month, or $250 a year, prepaid. We offer enterprise solutions for organizations interested in 25+ memberships.
When will my price change? At the end of an introductory term, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the standard price.
By what methods can I pay? Premium Memberships require credit card payment, and are automatically renewed.
What do I do if I can’t remember my password? If you have forgotten your password, use the link on the sign-in screen to recover it. An email will be sent with instructions to reset your password.
Introductory pricing is available to executives and companies within the automotive and auto finance industry. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. Sales tax and fees may apply.
