Compli Launches Updated DCMS
PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli announced the release of a new version of its Dealership Compliance Management System. According to officials, the company has 42,000 users of its products throughout the nation.
"The new release of the Compli DCMS further streamlines automated compliance management and reporting and offers increased visibility into the compliance issues all dealerships face," explained Ken Thrasher, chairman and chief executive officer of Compli.
"The new DCMS includes features that enable our clients to view more compliance data more quickly and is designed for greater ease-of-use for increased productivity," he continued. "In addition, it now includes enhanced reporting that provides an at-a-glance view of compliance across all dealerships in a group."
Executives said the new DCMS features a more powerful reporting engine and new content-rich reports.
"The new reports offer additional valuable detail and allow us to easily sort data and view compliance across the dealership," noted Lois Silva, human resources manager at Mossy Automotive in San Diego, Calif.
"Now we can more easily ensure that our employees have signed off on updated policies and procedures," she added. "Without the Compli DCMS reports and the overall flexibility of the system, tracking compliance would be a very tedious process for us."
Moreover, the company said the new system also includes an Executive Dashboard, an Enhanced Assessment Editor and the ability to manage compliance initiatives and programs by groups.
More specifically, the new Executive Dashboard offers managers at-a-glance view of the company's compliance statistics, including overall content, user and location statistics.
"This keeps dealers up-to-date on compliance program performance and lets them easily identity non-compliant teams, locations and users," officials pointed out.
Additionally, executives said dashboard reports can show the total number of documents, trainings and users in the system, along with providing a running count of the number of items processed through the program.
According to officials, the updated system also provides the ability to group related initiatives, programs and forms to simplify compliance review.
"Now managers can group related policies, forms and trainings into single compliance programs such as those for hiring or lemon laws," executives said. "This is makes it easier to track performance in related areas. With the new administration page, all related documents can be viewed and managed in a single place, saving administrators' valuable time.
"New reports show compliance figures for each program that has been set up, eliminating the need to search for cumulative program data," officials added.
Meanwhile, the Enhanced Assessment Editor offers a simplified user interface for assessments that enables the text of a question and its answers to be edited at one time, with no need to save each independently, executives noted.
