TROY, Mich. — Provider Exchange Network, a division of Open Dealer Exchange, recently completed integration with F&I menu company, The Impact Group.

Officials explained Impact's Fusion Menu now features electronic rating, forms and contract origination via PEN.

They went on to mention dealers using the Fusion menu system now can rate service contracts and other F&I products instantly and without errors. In addition, the system can support plain-paper contracts and electronic origination.

PEN reiterated that it's an electronic data exchange that streamlines the sales process by integrating the F&I product provider with the dealer's point-of-sale system, whether through a menu or directly with the dealership management system desking software. The company believes this integration approach can eliminate the need for separate applications to enable eContracting for aftermarket products. Functions include electronic ratings, forms preparation and contract origination.

"We couldn't be more excited about the partnership with Provider Exchange Network," stated Mark Thorpe, president of The Impact Group.

"Our ultimate goal is to make eRating and eContracting an integral component of the Fusion menu process for our dealers," Thorpe continued. "A forward-thinking and seamless process is vital to reducing wasted time, eliminating errors and enhancing the F&I experience for everyone involved."

Mark Virag, managing director of PEN, added, "The Impact Group is an outstanding organization with a fast-growing dealer base. This relationship brings us one step closer to our goal of eContracting for every dealer in North America."
