TAMPA, Fla., and INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — J.D. Byrider revealed this week car shoppers looking for buy-here, pay-here dealerships in both Florida and Missouri will now have more options to choose from.

With the opening of two new locations, one in Tampa, Fla., and one in Independence, Mo.; the chain now boasts 134 locations in 30 states with plans to open more later this year.

The 4,000-square-foot Tampa store, located at 4858 N. Dale Mabry Highway, offers used-car sales, financing, a service department and a customer service center.

The store is the seventh for J.D. Byrider in Florida and the eighth franchised location for owners Jim Kagiliery, Jim Thompson and Jason Allen, who also own J.D. Byrider dealerships in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, St. Augustine and Pinellas Park, Fla., and Augusta, Ga.

“We look forward to providing exceptional J.D. Byrider customer service to Tampa residents,” said Kagiliery.

“Our 36-month/36,000-mile warranty and financing package give folks the ability to own a good, reliable car,” he continued.

Moving on to highlight the new Independence store, this dealership marks the eighth franchised store for Rich Stutts, who also owns J.D. Byrider dealerships in Indiana and Kansas.

The store, located at 3225 South Noland Road, also offers used-car sales, financing, a service department and a customer service center and is the second J.D. Byrider dealership in Missouri.

“In times of economic need, J.D. Byrider has the best financing options available for people who do not have optimal credit histories,” said Stutts. “We're proud to bring our program of better cars, affordable payments and better car care to Independence, with every customer receiving our 24-month/24,000-mile warranty."

In addition to these two new stores, J.D. Byrider opened new stores in Wood River, Ill.; Dundalk, Md.; North Little Rock, Ark.; Morgantown, W.Va.; Las Vegas; Louisville, Ky.; Columbus, Ohio; and Dayton, Ohio, earlier this year.
