FORT WORTH, Texas — Specifically geared for auto lenders, Digital
Recognition Network is hosting a free Webinar the company is titling, "Data
That Puts Your Company in the Driver's Seat."

Orchestrated by DRN chief executive officer Chris Metaxas, the
online event is scheduled for 2 p.m. on May. 23.

DRN reiterated that it specializes in delivering vehicle
location data that can help clients in the automotive finance industry make
better, more profitable decisions.

With one of the largest vehicle location databases in

DRN oversees a national network of more than 550 affiliates
employing mobile license plate recognition technology that can gather data in
every major metropolitan area in the United States.

"We hold ourselves accountable to strict privacy and compliance
standards," Metaxas maintained.

During the Webinar, attendees will learn how DRN's Value

—Quickly recover more assets and at a lower cost

—Mitigate risk

—Increase repossession productivity

than 20 years of experience building businesses, creating new markets and
leading organizations.

Metaxas arrived at DRN from LexisNexis where he was a senior
vice president leading a $100 million business in the data and analytics
market. At LexisNexis, he created the strategy and executed the plan for plan
for new lines of business in the identity, fraud and revenue recovery market.
This resulted in realized customer impact in excess of $500 million, improved
services and new productivity gains that allow Lexis to realize double-digit
growth.

Prior to working at LexisNexis, Metaxas served as president
and CEO of MetaPartners where he built an $80 million b2b mobility ecosystem
for Westcon Group that leveraged software applications to drive wireless and
mobile infrastructures.

And before MetaPartners, Metaxas was one of the founders of
Con Edison Communications, a Metro Optical Communications company and wholly
owned subsidiary of Consolidated Edison of New York.
