GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — FinCo Management, a provider of
financing solutions for buy-here, pay-here dealers, recently engaged with Auto
Portfolio Services to provide loan servicing for its growing portfolio.

Dealers using FinCo's Hybrid product can earn up to 90 cents
on every dollar financed versus what company believes to be 78 to 80 cents on
the dollar in a traditional BHPH model.

FinCo reiterated that it finances the warranty, GPS, VSI and
a 50-cent advance at point of purchase, allowing the dealer to possibly make
$750 to $1,000 or more today and maybe thousands more later. 

"We need a high-touch, weekly servicer with national
coverage," FinCo president Toby Reiley said.

"Our customers primarily pay with debit cards or cash and
respond very well to timely, consistent text messages and the audible-warning/starter-interrupt
devices installed in every vehicle," Reiley continued. "APS understands this
customer, the process and FinCo's approach to the market."

"The FinCo-APS affiliation allows dealers to confidently
structure financing for the bottom one-third of the adult population in the
U.S. without having to give the lenders the majority of the profits" Reiley
went on to say.
