CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. — Automotive Compliance Consultants insisted dealers
subscribing to its services can save as much as $650 a month in credit bureau
report markup fees.

From the firm's Compliance Solved Web dashboard, subscribing
dealers can download reports from Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Automotive
Compliance Consultants said it does not charge dealers a markup on these
downloads.

Furthermore, the website gives dealers complimentary, fast
access to all credit-related documents, including the new FTC Model Privacy
Notice, Risk-Based Pricing and Adverse Action notices and more.

Automotive Compliance Consultants chief executive officer Terry
Dortch believes most other credit report providers charge for these ancillary
but critically important documents.
