RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express recently
rolled out a free Android version of its FEX Mobile App solution.

Officials highlighted the DMS mobile application is tightly
integrated with FEX DMS and can allows dealers to quickly scan and decode VINs
and view relevant pricing information from NADA Used Car Guide, Kelley Blue Book,
Black Book and Manheim MMR.

Additionally, dealers can view vehicle history reports from
Carfax and AutoCheck.

Furthermore, pictures can also be taken and uploaded about
all vehicles.

"Using the phones built in camera, you can quickly scan a
vehicles VIN. If desired, you can manually type in the VIN. Once the VIN has
been scanned, the system will automatically decode the VIN and provide you with
up to date, detailed information about that vehicle. You can even add the
vehicle to your live FEX inventory with a single click," Finance Express said.

The FEX mobile app has been designed to assist you as you visit
your local vehicle auctions," the company continued. "As you walk around
scanning VINs, the mobile app is keeping tabs on those vehicles. You are then
able to quickly retrieve and view any of the previously scanned vehicles, then
assign them to an auction list. As the auction begins, you are able to view
this auction list on your mobile phone, ultimately helping you make intelligent
purchasing decisions.

"The dealership snapshot shows company owners and managers a
real-time breakdown of their dealerships activity," Finance Express went on to
say. "This includes sales for today, how much money was collected, number of
vehicles in stock, current accounts receivable information and past due information."
