SARASOTA, Fla. — Leedom and Associates is closing out the
year with one more event for training, networking and more  — the 2012 Buy-Here,
Pay-Here Credit & Collections Conference.

The conference that's scheduled to include skip-tracing
expert Alex Price, AutoStar Solutions president and chief executive officer Allen
Dobbins and others is set for Dec. 4–6 at the Embassy Suites Outdoor World DFW
North in Dallas.

"We have put together an exciting list of speakers,
workshops, panels and roundtable discussion groups this year. We know you will
leave better educated, more motivated and truly inspired," conference chairman Chuck
Bonanno said.

Price is currently national sales and training manager with
MasterFiles and has been a trainer to the American Recovery Association and
former advisory board member to Time Finance Adjusters and the Society of
Certified Recovery Agents. He recently rolled out a skip-tracers national
certification program.

At the conference, Price is holding multiple sessions under
the title, "Become a Master Skip-Tracer."

Meanwhile, AutoStar's Dobbins is set to discuss how
collection software cannot only increase collector productivity but can also
reduce delinquency rates, lower charge-off and produce management reports that
measure the effectiveness of the collection effort. Dobbins intends to
highlight items such as electronic queuing, software integration with other
collection tools like electronic payment systems, GPS monitoring and
integration with starter-interrupt units.

Some of the other conference sessions include:

—Ariad Sommer, chief executive officer of Ituran USA, is
hosting a session titled, "Minimize Your Losses and Lower Your Recovery Costs
Using GPS Technology." Sommer plans to touch on the importance of technology in
successful collection and recovery operations, answering questions about what
is GPS, how it works and how it can benefit a BHPH dealership.

—Scott Carlson of AutoZoom is conducting a session titled, "Underwriting
to Mitigate Early Defaults and Maximize Sales," focusing on why it is important
to measure underwriting processes and results using numeric values and
benchmarks. Carlson plans to share ways to match the right risk of money to the
right risk of credit more consistency to improve collectability.

—Tom Middaugh of PassTime USA is on tap for a workshop
titled,"Starter-Interrupt Device Use To Maximize Collections and Minimize Loss."
Middaugh intends to review how to best implement GPS and automated collection technologies
to create a more efficient and successful collection process.

The BHPH segment of the automobile finance market segment
has not seen the type of opportunity we have today in many years," Bonanno said

"This is exciting but we also face some of the most
difficult challenging times ahead as the economy continues its slow recovery.
We must be conservative in our underwriting but be understanding in our
collection effort as our customers face financial hardship even more so than in
good times," he continued.

"Compliance has become the critical factor in all we do. We
must all elevate our game if we want to succeed," Bonanno went on to say.
