DALLAS — Peak Acceptance — which purchases retail
installment contracts from dealers, maintains store relationships and manages
the interface with third party servicing providers — entered into a joint
agreement this week with LendingTree Auto Services and CreditSmarts.com to
provide auto finance solutions for consumers with less than perfect credit.

Peak Acceptance said it will be using the CreditSmarts.com
auto lending system to process auto loan opportunities generated through
LendingTree Auto Services.

Officials insisted the combined services of Peak Acceptance,
LendingTree Auto Services and CreditSmarts.com will provide competitive
financing solutions to buyers in a variety of situations, from divorce to
foreclosure to bankruptcy.

Peak Acceptance indicated the consumer will receive a timely
offer of financing, and an account manager will then coordinate with the
consumer and dealer for a purchase.

The company contends this process will provide dealerships
with the ability to offer financing for customers they may not have previously
been able to participate with and provide the customer with competitive finance
terms.

CreditSmarts.com was launched back in January 2005 to provide
indirect and direct-to-consumer finance solutions for dealers and lenders
throughout the United States.

According to CreditSmarts.com chief executive officer Sean
Ryan, "By embracing consumers that have had difficulty maintaining a positive
credit score and arranging the financing directly thru the local auto
dealership, Peak Acceptance will provide a positive experience for a consumer
that may have otherwise been intimidated by the process."
