HANOVER, Md. — Hudson Cook LLP recently added a new partner
to its Washington, D.C. office.

Joining the firm was Catharine Andricos, a former associate
of the firm that management said brings significant academic and professional
experience to her new role.

Hudson Cook said Andricos will focus her practice on federal
and state consumer financial services law.

Before joining Hudson Cook, Andricos worked as an associate
for Severson & Werson in San Francisco in its commercial litigation
practice.

Andricos is admitted to practice law in both California and
the District of Columbia and is also a member of the American Bar Association's
section on business law.

"Catharine has skills and knowledge that will fit perfectly
in the firm's practice," said Robert Cook, managing partner of Hudson
Cook.
