NEWARK, Calif. — Nowcom Corp. and PayPros announced new
integrated payment functionality within DealerCenter this week.

Officials highlighted the payments solution from PayPros and
Nowcom now can allow dealerships to run their entire operations from a single
program. They explained DealerCenter is a full-featured automotive dealer
solution, enabling these businesses to manage, sell and advertise vehicle
inventory.

PayPros can allow credit, debit and electronic check (ACH)
transactions via a hosted, secure online payments site accessible within the
DealerCenter software. The integration is notable, as it features
DealerCenter-branded payment processing from PayPros and significant security
enhancements.

The PayPros BusinessView portal can enables dealerships to
manage payments online and report on electronic transactions and check
acceptance with ease and security. Branded and customized for DealerCenter
customers, this portal can provide access to a number of useful business
applications.

The DealerCenter portal also can provides customers with the
ability to automate billing efforts, offers free customer support and reduces
reconciliation efforts.

Payments accepted through DealerCenter utilize PayPros
SecurePlus Managed Payer Data, so sensitive cardholder data is referenced with
tokenization, never using nor transmitting payment account numbers. The company
pointed out this feature removes storage of any card data in the DealerCenter
software application. The result is a much safer environment for dealers'
customers, practically eliminating the risk of card theft.
