CALGARY, Alberta — Blackline GPS recently reached an
agreement with MVTRAC for the distribution of Blackline's Dart covert and asset
tracking system into the recovery industry.

Well-positioned within the auto finance, government and law
enforcement market, officials highlighted MVTRAC's Intelligent Data Network can
process real-time data from public and privates sources to automatically
identify delinquent collateral, including vehicles, for an efficient recovery.

"We're excited for the opportunity to exclusively distribute
Blackline's Dart product to further our efforts in revolutionizing the recovery
industry," MVTRAC chief executive officer Scott Jackson said.

"Rather than running an account multiple times to recover a
vehicle, the system will exponentially minimize the amount of runs per recovery
which decreases the cost per assignment through minimized fuel and time costs,"
Jackson continued.

To aid in vehicle recovery, Blackline's Dart covert tracker
can automatically report the street address, heading, direction and speed of
travel at rates of up to every 10 seconds.

Dart incorporates advanced features including data storage
while out of coverage for automatic upload when connected, and cellular
location technology that provides a location when GPS signals are unavailable,
such as when underground or within parking garages.

"We are pleased to have partnered with MVTRAC to empower
their recovery agent customers with new technology and capability by aiding the
tracking and recovery of defaulted collateral," said Greg Rude, Blackline's
vice president of industrial sales.
