TORRANCE, Calif. — 700Credit, a provider of consumer credit
reporting and compliance products to more than 4,000 dealers, recently formed
an integration partnership with Constellation Automotive Software.

The companies explained this agreement will allow more than
1,500 dealers using Constellation Automotive Software's dealership management
systems to have seamless and secure access to 700Credit's Web-based credit
reporting system and variety of compliance and consumer information
products.

700Credit's critical credit and compliance tools for a more efficient sales

700Credit offers a variety of credit reporting services,
including:

—Compliance solutions including adverse action, OFAC terrorist screening, score
disclosure, fraud detection and Red Flag identity theft program requirements.

tool, which can allow managers to view critical compliance information on one
easy-to-read screen so that they can proactively monitor their dealership's
efforts as they relate to mandatory federal compliance regulations.
