CarHop Adds 3 BHPH Stores, Broadens Footprint into South Dakota
EDINA, Minn. — CarHop has continued to add to its network of
buy-here, pay-here dealerships, venturing into another state among its three
newest stores.
The company is now moving metal at lots near San Diego, another
in Pueblo, Colo., and for the first time in South Dakota with a store in Sioux
Falls.
CarHop now operates 53 stores in 15 states.
The store in the San Diego market is located at 1800
National City Blvd in National City, Calif. The new addition raised CarHop's
presence in the Golden State to five dealerships as the company also has lots in
Hayward, Vallejo, Richmond and Sacramento.
"CarHop has already been able to help many Californians get
back on the road," district manager Mark Stewart said. "So it just made sense
to extend our reach into San Diego. It's a great city and we think we'll be
able to help a lot of its residents get in the car they deserve."
Now with a store at 3130 N. Elizabeth St. in Pueblo, CarHop
now has five stores in Colorado, too. The company already operated dealerships
in Lakewood, Aurora, Colorado Springs and Greeley.
"Pueblo is a great community, and we're excited to now be a
part of it," district manager James LaDue said. "We've already been able to
help many people in the great state of Colorado get back on the road, and we're
looking forward to helping many more in Pueblo."
Finally, the newest of the additions is at 1221 S. Minnesota
Ave. in Sioux Falls, the first time CarHop made its way into South Dakota. The
company already boasted locations in its home state of Minnesota as well as South
Dakota's other neighboring states, Nebraska and Iowa.
"We're very excited to be open in South Dakota," said district
manager Daryl Gerardy. "Not only is Sioux Falls the largest city in the state,
but it's diverse, has a great economy and is steadily growing, which makes it a
great place to help people drive."
