LOS ANGELES — Another dealer management system integrated
itself with RouteOne's credit application management platform.

Nowcom Corp. announced earlier this week that its DMS
product, DealerCenter, now has a relationship with RouteOne in an attempt to
better support dealer financing needs.

Dealers using DealerCenter DMS now can send a deal,
including customer, inventory and structure information to any of RouteOne's 1,000
finance sources with just a click of a button.

Dealers only have to enter the credit application once in
DealerCenter as they do today, and then choose their desired finance sources
from RouteOne's extensive network.

Those credit applications will not only be sent to the
finance sources of the dealer's choosing, but the dealer will also receive the
finance source's results back into DealerCenter for ease of use, and to also
allow the dealer to more easily compare the profitability of each call back.

Integrated with Westlake Financial Services, DealerCenter's
integration with RouteOne is intended to offer dealers the connectivity to a
vast selection of additional financial sources to more easily manage all their
deals through DealerCenter.

"This integration between a DMS and a credit aggregator is
by far the most needed element that is missing today in the market, Nowcom president
Rufus Hankey said.

"This, together with DealerCenter's 14 other product
integrations, gets us that much closer to providing everything a dealer needs
to run his dealership, all in one solution. I take pride in the fact that we
provide some of the most elegant solutions while at the same time maintaining
the most competitive pricing," Hankey continued.

RouteOne chief executive officer Mike Jurecki added, "Integration
with DealerCenter will save our mutual dealer customers' valuable time, due to
the elimination of duplicate data entry.

"The entire credit application process is simplified,
allowing dealers to concentrate on vehicle sales rather than administrative
tasks. This integration is another example of our continued commitment and
support for the independent dealer market and our long-term partnership with
the Nowcom organization," Jurecki went on to say.

RouteOne recently established a relationship with FinanceExpress.
