Nordis Technologies hires vice president of operations
Nordis Technologies named Gabe Preczner as vice president of operations on Wednesday.
The provider of omnichannel customer communications management and payments technology solutions said Preczner will be responsible for increasing the innovation and efficiency of the company’s print production and mailing services to continue delivering excellent client value.
Nordis Technologies highlighted Preczner brings an impressive track record of leading continuous improvement efforts, including leveraging cutting-edge technology, in communications, printing and logistics for companies including RR Donnelley and OSG.
Before joining Nordis, Preczner was senior vice president and general manager of Alero Worldwide, a logistics company making home deliveries of big and bulky items from retailers, where he applied automation, a new ERP system, and other digital advances to enable quick and efficient inventory control and deliveries.
Preczner previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of OSG’s Formost mediaOne, Senior Vice President and General Manager for RR Donnelley, and Vice President of Operations for book printer Webcom Inc.
In his 30-year career, Preczner has held leadership positions in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Nordis Technologies founder and CEO Ronnie Selinger mentioned Preczner has deep experience in all aspects of operations management, including production, logistics, client services, purchasing, data processing, systems implementation, plant management, divisional responsibilities, and as a board member.
“Gabe’s leadership, industry knowledge and best-practice operations management expertise will help Nordis Technologies to keep raising the bar in performance and innovation of our print/mail services,” Selinger said in a news release. “He is already focused on further automating and streamlining any manual processes to create no-touch workflows and other improvements that optimize day-to-day activities.”
