CreditApp Technologies wants to give car dealers the credit … for providing credit.
The Calgary-based provider of indirect lending software has introduced a branded dealer financing portal for Canadian automotive and powersports dealers, a tool it’s touting as the first of its kind.
CreditApp said the portal enables dealers to fully personalize their buyers’ finance experience while consistently highlighting their own brand.
The portal is designed to combine income, identity and document-collection tools into a single experience, allowing dealers to take full control of the customer journey. The company said dealers can customize the digital financing process to reflect their brand identity in order to build customer trust, reinforce the dealership’s image and streamline the financing process.
Dealers can verify income through multiple methods, including digitally connected bank accounts, as well as completing identity verification and collecting all required documents for lending partners, within the branded environment to maintain brand consistency at every step.
O’Brians Sales & Leasing, which operates five locations in Saskatchewan, has been using the new technology, and finance director Adam Lloyd said it has improved the customer experience.
“Being able to showcase our brand with the control to personalize the requests enhances customer satisfaction, fosters trust and boosts efficiency,” he said in a news release.
CreditApp said the new offering is a sign of its dedication to modernizing Canada’s automotive finance technology sector for dealers, shoppers and lenders.
“The branded digital portal marks a major leap forward in equipping dealers with professional tools tailored for the digital and omni-channel customer,” CreditApp CEO Marcos Lopez said. “With identity verification and income collection fully integrated, dealers now have a powerful way to enhance their brand and build customer confidence.”
