Now with its acquisition of the Dealertrack registration and titling businesses from Cox Automotive successfully closed, Vitu finalized a new integration with RouteOne on Tuesday.

The companies said now more dealers and finance companies nationwide can experience streamlined workflows and enhanced flexibility in the deal-making process.

“Integrating with RouteOne will bring our Accelerated Title technology to a broader audience in a familiar platform, where they can access trade-in titling details and finalize deals with speed and confidence,” Vitu senior director of strategic planning Luke Fleming said in a news release.

“This collaboration allows dealers, lenders, and consumers to move seamlessly through the car-buying process, reflecting our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that digitize and expedite the loan payoff and title release process,” Fleming continued.

With the integration of Accelerated Title, dealerships using RouteOne for their F&I processes can now go beyond payoff quotes to access title details, process payoffs and expedite title releases.

This integration marks the first time the Accelerated Title solution has been made available on an additional F&I platform in addition to Dealertrack. With this new capability, customers can expect:

—Simplified workflows: RouteOne dealers can now retrieve payoff quotes from Accelerated Title lenders, access images of titles, process payoffs, and initiate expedited title releases — all within the RouteOne portal, eliminating the need to switch between systems and creating a seamless workflow.

—Broader market access: This integration extends the benefits of Accelerated Title to RouteOne dealers, which helps improve efficiency for lenders by more complete market coverage of electronic payoffs and reducing paper check processing.

—Enhanced efficiency: Faster lien and title releases lets RouteOne dealers finalize trade-ins and sales quickly, reducing the time consumers spend at the dealership to improve their sales experience and elevate satisfaction. Accelerated Title users have seen up to 80% faster vehicle title payoff and title release processing speed. (Based on average industry timeframe for vehicle title release and vehicle payoff process of 21 days or longer, as determined by 2024 CMS Collateral Management Services data.)

“With the integration of Accelerated Title, dealerships using RouteOne for their F&I processes can now go beyond payoff quotes to access title details, process payoffs, and expedite title releases — all within the RouteOne portal,” RouteOne senior director of product development Jim Beaubien said.

“We’re excited to collaborate with Vitu to bring this workflow innovation to our dealer network,” Beaubien went on to say.
