ABCoA blends new CRM into DMS
On Thursday, Advanced Business Computers of America (ABCoA) launched what the software solutions provider for independent dealerships and subprime auto finance companies believes is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution built specifically for BHPH operators.
ABCoA added cyclCRM, which is geared to be completely integrated and bi-directional with the Deal Pack dealer management software (DMS) to be an all-in-one BHPH technology ecosystem.
ABCoA estimated that the average dealership uses 10 to 15 disparate software products, making it challenging to connect the dots and properly service the customer. The company said Deal Pack and cyclCRM work as one to enhance operations and eliminate friction in the customer experience, merging together a host of information, including accounting, contract, payment, service and delinquency information as well as customers’ purchase and payment history, needs and preferences
ABCoA explained that Deal Pack and cyclCRM can streamline BHPH operations and ensure the highest level of success by eliminating double entry, providing true equity mining through analysis of sales and collection activity, increasing profitability with personalized marketing campaigns powered by artificial intelligence, and creating a complete 360-degree view of the customer’s lifecycle.

Coupled with Deal Pack, ABCoA went on to note that cyclCRM can provide a completely online vehicle-shopping experience from lead origination to desking, electronic contracting, and delivery.
The company said cyclCRM “campaigns” can increase lead conversion rates through automated processes and prospects are worked in an entirely compliant manner.
ABCoA added that cyclCRM “scoring” features custom scoring models and origination tools that can automate decision-making and streamline financing for a compliant, instantaneous, and ever-improving underwriting process.
Furthermore, the company said cyclCRM “workplans” are custom, user-defined workflows that can prompt action to drive performance.
