PassTime is rolling in Alabama.

The provider of GPS Solutions announced this week that it has been named a preferred vendor by the Alabama Independent Automobile Dealers Association (AIADA).

AIADA’s preferred vendor designation is provided to vendor members of the association that have proven to offer good value and high-quality products or services to the dealer members of the organization.

“We are honored to be named a preferred vendor by AIADA,” said Blair Witter, vice president of sales for the Southeast with PassTime GPS.  “As a long-time member, we know that the association provides tremendous value to its members, and we are happy to be a part of that. We look forward to continuing to foster growth with AIADA and its members.”

As part of PassTime’s commitment to the organization, the company will be giving a portion of sales to AIADA members, directly back to the association.

“Not only is PassTime a great partner with AIADA and our members, but they are involved in the success of the independent automotive industry in Alabama and nationwide. We thank PassTime for all they do,” AIADA executive director Randy Jones said.

PassTime, which has been in business for nearly 30 years, has long been a member of AIADA and has been a long-time supporter of NIADA as well as other state independent auto dealers associations; providing guidance, legislative support and services that benefit dealer members.

PassTime, which offers a variety of asset tracking solutions to help dealers reduce delinquencies, can improve payment and portfolio performance and speed up recoveries. Executives said PassTime has a strong reputation of being involved in the industry as a leader in compliance and best practices, in addition to the products and services it provides.
