American Recovery Service names Osborne as chief services officer
American Recovery Service (ARS) recently expanded its executive team by promoting Cortney Osborne to be chief services officer.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience and moderator of the Women in Auto Finance honoree panels during Used Car Week, ARS highlighted that Osborne has been instrumental in the company’s substantive growth.
Throughout her career, the company said Osborne has overseen ARS’ client relations, operations and branding and has developed a strong ability to manage relationships and prioritize business needs.
Now as chief services officer, Osborne is charged with the full responsibility of engaging the organization in managing client relationships through strategic business and corporate enhancements. Her responsibilities include the development and oversight of marketing initiatives that emphasize building organizational and industry value while delivering optimal customer service.
Chief executive officer Peter Willingham explained in a news release that this new role for Osborne is integral in continuing to drive American Recovery Service into the future.
“These coming years will be critical in the auto finance industry,” Willingham said. “Cortney’s extensive experience with nearly every aspect of the business made her the distinct choice for this position.
“I have full confidence that she will continue to foster and grow the strong partnerships we have with all clients and will drive the organization in exceeding their goals,” he went on to say.
And Osborne added, “I am very thankful to continue to grow with a company that represents unmatched experience, integrity and values. The opportunity to enhance our relationships and provide a better service and partnership experience for our clients is very exciting.”
