AppOne Forms Alliances to Boost Aftermarket Services
BATON ROUGE, La. — AppOne — a provider of Internet-based risk mitigation and financial technology to banks, auto finance companies and independent dealers — announced that it has entered into two alliances to increase aftermarket support for its nationwide dealer base.
An alliance with Autosave, a vehicle aftermarket warranty and marketing specialist, expands the range of services AppOne provides its dealers by offering them integrated vehicle service contracts and other Autosave products, AppOne executives said.
The technology integration offers many benefits to dealers, including online form printing, real-time pricing and coverage quotes, as well as automated policy enrollment and payment, in which AppOne will remit the dealer cost of products directly to Autosave, executives explained. Executives said the alliance also benefits consumers since the new integrated system offers an improved level of service for those buying vehicle service contracts by providing real-time enrollment data to Autosave. This allows for ease of claims-handling by the administrator, the consumer and the repair facility, the company pointed out.
"The alliance not only greatly benefits the dealer with its enhanced paperwork process and more efficient way of making payments for aftermarket products, it equally benefits the consumer by offering better protection and service," said Lee Domingue, chief executive officer of AppOne. "This technology integration yields to a more effective way of conducting business while bringing better customer service to car buyers."
An alliance with Royal Administration Services — which offers a range of auto service plans for new and used vehicles to protect against repair costs and increase dealer value on each sale — provides AppOne dealers with protection plans that include vehicle service contracts, Guaranteed Auto Protection, tire and road hazard insurance, roadside assistance, theft protection, paintless dent repair and an upcoming prepaid maintenance program specifically designed for independent dealers.
"This partnership provides a simplified service solution to the dealer through its one-stop access to aftermarket and back-end products," Domingue said. "Our combined services ensure increased dealer value on every sale, helping dealers increase profits through additional point-of-purchase sales."
"The integration with AppOne offers our mutual customers an improved level of protection for those buying aftermarket products by automatically enrolling and making payment on behalf of the dealer once a lender funds the loan," said Richard McCabe, president of Royal Administration Services. "Our combined services provide customers with maximum protection and a tailored service product to fit their specific needs."
Also, as part of both alliances, customers of Autosave and Royal Administration Services have access to the AppOne system, an Internet-based loan origination and processing platform that connects independent dealers with lenders.
"Autosave is delighted to help our dealers gain access to a wider range of lenders through our alliance with AppOne," said Paul Pawlusiak, president of Autosave. "Our combined services will safeguard and accelerate the loan-transaction process for both the dealer and consumer."
