GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — Auto Portfolio Services recently became
a national member benefit partner of the National Independent Automobile Dealers
Association.

Officials said this partnership will allow APS, a wholly
owned subsidiary of KAR Auction Services, to provide NIADA members with a full range
of auto loan servicing solutions.

APS indicated that it can accommodate any size portfolio across
all credit spectrums and repayment plans, offering clients full-service,
full-term loan solutions, individual services within the suite of offerings and
various backup and data-aggregation programs. APS
emphasized that it has a collaborative process with its partners to customize
programs to fit their individual needs.

"We are very excited by this opportunity to partner with the
NIADA member body and assist them in fulfilling their portfolio servicing
needs," stated APS president Kevin Barry.

"We look forward to bringing an exciting new product niche
to the association's existing offerings and member benefits," he added.
