SEATTLE — As dealers continue to search for inventory to
match up with subprime buyers, Auction Edge announced today that auction
employees can now view used-car managers' credit lines and available credit with
Automotive Finance Corp. floor plans.

Officials explained this enhancement can enable auction
personnel to help the dealer complete their purchases and finalize the floor
planning of inventory through AFC quickly.

"This new
functionality is part of our ongoing commitment to open the Auction Edge
Platform as much as possible. Auction Edge chairman Bob McConkey stated. "We
want to prioritize features which make buying and selling quicker and easier,
and which speed the process for auction employees and dealers, allowing them to
spend their time making bids and landing deals, not tied up with logistics and
paperwork."

Scott Finkle, Auction Edge, senior vice president elaborated
about more details.

"We'll be refining the process in the weeks to come — messages
and notifications (including when and how payment is made from Automotive Finance
Corp. and when the title arrives at the auction for example," Finkle noted.

"Further opportunity to simplify payment and processing is
made easier by the fact that we've invested heavily in the technology to tie
the Auction Edge platform together with that of Automotive Finance Corporation."

"We've had inquiries about providing the ability to send
floor plan requests on demand so that the auctions could get paid the same day and
to send reports in to Automotive Finance Corp. branch office to assist in reconciliation.
These are both on the product road map," Finkle went on to say.

Chuck Redden, president of AuctionACCESS added, "We also
heard from the auctions and from Automotive Finance Corp. that AFC visibility
and operability would be valuable.

"We're pleased to be able to supply the interchange system
and work with a partner like Auction Edge with the ability to roll out to such
a large number of independent auctions," Redden concluded.
