Audi Bolsters CARS Incentive to Drive More Buyers
HERNDON, Va. — With the Senate expected to approve additional CARS funding today, Audi hopes to drive even more consumers into showrooms to take advantage of this program by adding its own cash for clunker perk.
On select models, consumers will now receive an additional $1,000 for their CARS deal.
Furthermore, the company will offer special 60-month APR and leasing terms through Aug. 31 via Audi Financial Services.
"The CARS reimbursement enacted by Congress is a tremendous opportunity for consumers interested in upgrading to vehicles that offer better fuel efficiency and reduce emissions," said Mark Del Rosso, chief operating officer for Audi of America.
"Now that some uncertainties surrounding the launch of this federal program have been cleared up, the time is right to enhance the deal even further," he explained.
