NAPA, Calif. — A.U.L. Corp., which specializes in used-vehicle service contracts, announced that it is now integrated with Credit Bureau Connection's eF&I Complete.

Officials describe this software as a comprehensive Web-based F&I and sales management system. Basically, eF&I Complete is designed to incorporate leading-edge technology to help streamline the desking, sales, F&I and forms printing, in addition to bringing efficiencies to the front-end of a dealership while adding compliance and accountability to the sales process.

CBC said it will rate AUL products and electronically remit and enroll their customers, keeping the submission process paperless and hassle-free.

According to officials, the F&I software solution can eliminate the need for expensive hardware and network infrastructure in F&I while providing full functionality via a Web browser with a high-speed Internet connection.

eF&I Complete provides dealerships with a robust sales and desking tool, integrated credit reporting, inventory management, sales reporting, plain paper laser printed forms and third-party integration. It also offers enhanced electronic deal-processing capabilities with features such as:

—Driver's license scanning and OCR input.

—Electronic signature capturing.

—Electronic forms and contracting.

—Electronic loan approval and submission.

—Third-party integration, such as service contract rating and DMS integration.

—Web site data and image integration.

Shane Jensen, A.U.L. Corp.'s general sales manager, reported, "I am excited about our relationship with CBC as it makes it much easier and more efficient for dealers to do business with AUL and benefit from our Any Year-Any Mileage service contracts."

Additionally, Darin Larsen, chief operating officer with CBC, said, "We are thrilled to work with A.U.L. as this is an excellent opportunity for us to further expand our electronic process and submission technology into the independent auto dealership space."
