CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. — Given what the firm believes is an
increased focus on dealerships by the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration, Automotive Compliance Consultants recently rolled out more
tools for dealer principals and their service managers so proper compliance
training is available to their Spanish-speaking employees.

According to 2012 Bureau of Labor Statistics information, Automotive
Compliance Consultants indicated more than 21 percent of a typical dealership's
technician, adviser and porter employees and 25 percent of body shop employees
are Hispanic.

Given this fact, the firm insisted dealer principals who
pursue excellence will insist these individuals be well training on the many
compliance regulations governing their business.

To help dealers achieve this goal, Automotive Compliance
Consultants reminded dealers and their service department managers that
Spanish-language e-learning modules are now available online to train
Spanish-speaking employees on OSHA, Fair Credit Reporting, EEOC and other
compliance regulations.

Employees of Automotive Compliance Consultant customers
access these easy-to-understand elearning modules, in English and Spanish,
through the company's Compliance Solved Web dashboard.

Automotive Compliance Consultants' e-learning modules in both
English and Spanish include:

—Battery charging and jump start review

—Used oil management

—Power and hand tools

—Respiratory protection safety training

—Harassment for employees

—Adverse Action Notices made easy

—The Safeguards Rule

—The Consumer Lending Act

Automotive Compliance Consultants specializes in dealership
compliance, providing in-dealership consultations and analysis, compliance
audits and training, and offers solutions for all compliance needs.

"The Automotive Compliance Consultants staff has extensive
experience in the retail automotive industry and focuses exclusively on
dealership compliance issues," officials said.
