BENTONVILLE, Ark. — With more growth on the horizon, America's
Car-Mart recently opened its third rooftop in Mississippi, expanding the
company's network of buy-here, pay-here dealerships to 114.

Car-Mart's newest lot is in Corinth, Miss.

"We are proud to be expanding our business to great towns
like Corinth. Earlier this fiscal year we opened dealerships in Tupelo and
Columbus, Miss., and we are very excited to be expanding in the state and are
looking forward to opening additional locations in Mississippi in the upcoming
year," stated William "Hank" Henderson, Car-Mart's president and chief executive
officer.

"Car-Mart provides quality vehicles, affordable payment
terms and excellent service," Henderson continued. "With each new dealership
we open we have an opportunity to provide our excellent service to more
customers and to earn their repeat business in the future.  The Corinth dealership will be managed by
Bart Sandoval, who is very excited to have this opportunity."

Chief financial officer Jeff Williams reiterated Car-Mart
now has 114 dealerships in nine states, and the Corinth store is the eighth
dealership the company has added in its 2012 fiscal year.

"We have a couple of additional locations that are very
close to opening, and we will have announcements on those dealerships soon,"
Williams shared.

"As we have stated, Car-Mart will continue to focus on
increasing sales volumes at our existing stores and at the same time add great
new locations," he said. "Our solid financial results, strong balance sheet and
competitive strengths will continue to allow us to provide the best possible
service to our 53,000-plus active customers and to future customers we will
gain as we grow.  Customer success has
always been and will continue to be our primary focus.

"Beyond this fiscal year, we expect to open additional
dealerships at an approximate 10-percent annual rate," Williams concluded.
