Car-Mart Opens 112th Dealership, Predicts Strong Growth for 2012
BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Buy-here, pay-here dealership group America's Car-Mart recently revealed the opening of its newest dealership. The new rooftop is located in Moberly, Mo., and marks the 112th dealership for the chain.
Commenting on the news, William "Hank" Henderson, president and chief executive officer of America's Car-Mart, noted, "Moberly is our 14th dealership in Missouri, and we are very excited to be expanding our offering to great new cities in the state.
"Car-Mart's mission is to earn the repeat business of our customers by providing quality vehicles, affordable payment terms and excellent service. With each new dealership we open, we have an opportunity to provide our excellent service to more customers,” he continued.
The Moberly dealership will be managed by Ginger Behnke, and Henderson stressed, “Ginger is very excited to have this opportunity to serve our customers and then to earn their repeat business in the future."
The company also took this news as a chance to highlight the growth they expect for the rest of 2012.
"We now serve customers from 112 dealerships in nine states. We have added six dealerships so far in fiscal 2012, and we anticipate opening approximately three more locations between now and the end of our fiscal year, which ends on April 30, 2012,” said chief financial officer Jeff Williams.
“We will continue to focus on increasing sales volumes at our existing stores and at the same time adding great new locations.
"Our solid financial results, strong balance sheet and competitive strengths will continue to allow us to provide the best possible service to our 53,000+ active customers and to future customers we will gain as we grow. Beyond this fiscal year, we expect to open additional dealerships at an approximate 10 percent annual rate,” he concluded.
