EDINA, Minn. — A couple of months after opening two more buy-here, pay-here rooftops in Colorado, CarHop continued its expansion last week by adding another store in its home state.

CarHop celebrated the grand opening Friday of its eighth store in Minnesota and the 45th in its BHPH network with a new facility in Duluth, Minn. The company's reach now stretches from Minnesota, west to Colorado and south to Texas.

"We are extremely excited to be opening a new CarHop store in Duluth," CarHop district manager Lee Schwierjohann offered.

"Being able to help so many people overcome credit issues and get driving again is a wonderful feeling and we're thrilled to provide that opportunity now in Duluth," Schwierjohann continued.

CarHop's Duluth store is located at 328 East Central Entrance.

Back in January, the company broadened its Colorado footprint by opening two stores in Aurora and Colorado Springs, augmenting an established presence in Lakewood.

Now operating for 15 years, CarHop explained that it can offer potential buyers same-day financing decisions with little down and low monthly payments. Furthermore, the company includes an 18-month, 18,000-mile limited warranty on all of their vehicles.

"What we're able to do here at CarHop is simply extraordinary and it's great that we will be able to serve even more car buyers," Duluth store manager Mickey Peterson said. "We're eager to prove to our customers that CarHop says yes when others say no."
