EDINA, Minn. — Covering 12 states, CarHop's network of buy-here, pay-here dealerships now is near 50 stores because of the recent openings in Bremerton, Wash., and Irving, Texas.

The new lot in Irving is CarHop's fifth store in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. CarHop's Irving store is located at 601 N. Belt Line Dr. between the Irving Mall and the Lone Star Park Race Track.

"Opening another store in this area means we will be able to continue helping even more great customers who deserve a vehicle they can afford," district manager Jerri Greer pointed out.

"So many of our customers have overcome credit issues and have even been able to improve their credit through CarHop, so we're excited to provide that opportunity to the folks in Irving," Greer continued.

The manager in training at the Irving store, Alex Schormann, added, "One of the things I'm most excited about is helping people find a car that fits their needs and their budgets.

"Our excellent program combined with our convenient location in Irving should make us a great fit here," Schormann said.

Meanwhile in the Northwest, CarHop's new Bremerton location expands the 15-year-old BHPH company's presence in the Seattle-Tacoma metropolitan area to five dealerships. The rooftop stands at 6001 Auto Center Way.

"We are so excited to be expanding our business to the peninsula," district manager Bea Swanson declared. "There is just such a great opportunity to help people drive in the Bremerton area."

Jason Foss is the store manager in Bremerton, the location that raised CarHop's network to 48 rooftops.

"It's great to know we'll be giving the people of Bremerton a chance to own and drive their own vehicles even if they have less than perfect credit," Foss said.

"On top of that, we're in a great location for our customers. It just feels good knowing we'll be helping people drive every single day here," he concluded.

Earlier this year, CarHop ventured into Oregon for the first time with a new store in Portland and also moved its rooftop in Arlington, Texas, to a new location in that city.
