PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli announced it has launched a new version of its compliance management system, which is designed to help dealers stay on top of industry requirements.

The Compli Dealership Compliance Management System controls, tracks and automates regulatory compliance operations within and throughout dealerships, executives said. This system can help stores ensure compliance with business and employment regulations to mitigate the risk of non-compliance.

"This new release of Compli DCMS will make compliance management easier and more productive than ever before," said Jim Lawrence, vice president of product management at Compli.

"The new release is timely, too, as all U.S. dealerships will soon be affected by the pending new requirements of the Fair Crediting Reporting Act drafted to help stem the rising tide of identify theft," he continued.

"As now written, the requirements will change the way dealerships handle virtually all vehicle sales transactions, including retail installment sales contracts, loans and leases," Lawrence added. "This makes comprehensive compliance management more crucial than ever for dealerships."

Compli said dealers can review the new proposed regulations and asses their current compliance systems and methods at no charge by completing a confidential Dealership Compliance Appraisal provided at www.compli.com/DCMS2006.
