Compli Names New President, CEO
PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli, a provider of work force and compliance management software, recently elevated one of its top executives into the role of president and chief executive officer.
Now serving in the position is Lon Leneve, who previously was president and chief financial officer. Leneve is succeeding Ken Thrasher, who has been CEO of the company for the past eight years.
"We are extremely fortunate to have a person of Lon's knowledge, expertise and tenure succeeding me in the position of CEO," noted Thrasher, who will remain chairman of Compli's board.
"With a specialty in building strategic partnerships and opening new markets, Lon has extensive experience in helping expand the growth of sales and product offerings at Compli," Thrasher continued.
"Lon's dedication to understanding the needs of the market and his customer-centric focus have allowed Compli to develop leading work force solutions to customer problems which have translated into well adopted, effective business applications in the markets we serve," Thrasher went on to say
"Lon's vision and leadership will help us grow the company as we add new markets to our business plan, and will also help as we continue to expand the scope of our product to meet the entire work force requirements of all customers we serve," Thrasher added.
Leneve has more than 30 years of industry experience in various operational, business development, financial and administrative roles.
Prior to joining Compli, Leneve held numerous executive positions, including as president and chief operating officer of Copper Mountain Trust; president and CEO of Skylink Telecommunications; and vice president and treasurer of Americold Corp.
Furthermore, Leneve also spent several years providing merger, acquisition and turnaround consulting services to businesses in three different industries. His professional career began with the international accounting firm KPMG.
