Experian Schedules Webinar to Discuss 2009 Effects on Industry
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. — Since events of last year so greatly altered how the industry behaves, Experian Automotive planned a free Webinar to share analysis about how much of an impact 2009 has left.
The Webinar that will feature Experian's director of consulting and analytics Jeffrey Anderson is scheduled for May 5 at 2 p.m. ET. Anderson is looking to cover several topics, including:
—Changes in performance affecting registrations and vehicles in operation throughout 2009.
—Understanding where the shifts in manufacturer market share and consumer loyalty are taking place.
—With a year full of government programs, recalls, orphaned brands and continued focus on alternative fuels, looking for insight into the trends that shaped one of the most unparalleled years in the history of the market.
"Unpredictable, unprecedented and, quite often, unbelievable — the changes that occurred across the automotive market in 2009 can be described in a number of ways," Experian officials proposed.
"In its latest industry-wide market share analysis, Experian Automotive will provide a detailed look at the trends that have impacted the automotive market most," they continued.
