FICO is offering a free webinar this week to showcase how the vast amount of customer data housed by finance companies can be turned into successful strategy to engage with customers.

The session titled, “New Approaches for Auto Marketers to Turn Customer Data into Successful Customer Engagement,” is set for 1:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday.

FICO vice president of marketing solutions Matthew Beck, who will be the presenter, explained the marketing landscape has transformed dramatically, and much of it is uncharted territory for marketers.

“As customer touch points have become increasingly digital and more interactive in nature — social, Web, mobile — companies must change the way they interact with their customers,” Beck said.

“In the auto industry, multi-channel marketing campaigns present both opportunities and challenges. Automotive marketers who can design programs that address both the complex purchase cycle in addition to personalizing the message to the customer and vehicle will be tremendously more successful at delivering customer growth to their organization,” he went on to say.

Beck plans to share case study examples reinforcing how industry leaders are leveraging analytics and new technologies to grow relationships and retain their best customers.
