Finance Express Receives First U.S. Patent
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express revealed this week that it received confirmation about its first patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
In connection with its Web-based financial services and technology for independent dealerships, company executives said federal officials issued U.S. Patent No. 7,908,210 entitled, "Systems and Method For Managing Dealer Information."
The Finance Express patent is directed to managing transactions and communication between dealers and lenders to reduce the risk to lenders while making relationships with dealers safer and easier to administer.
In addition, the company noted that the patent is directed to assisting potential customers to obtain credit approval from competing lenders.
"We are very pleased and proud that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office agreed that our invention was patentable," Finance Express president David Huber stated.
"This patent helps solidify Finance Express' position as a market leader in offering new and innovative solutions to our customers to help lenders, automobile dealers and the buying public by simplifying and improving the automotive purchasing experience for all concerned," Huber concluded.
