SARASOTA, Fla. — Leedom and Associates recently tapped a
veteran industry educator and former dealer to be a 20 group moderator,
trainer and consultant.

Selected for the role was Jay Prassel, according to Leedom
Group chief executive officer Chris Leedom.

Prassel has been in the automotive industry for more than 30
years. He began his career selling vehicles at a large General Motors
dealership and quickly rose through the ranks and served in every department during
the next 16 years until becoming its vice president and general manager.

Prassel then established his own automotive training
company, Advantage Training Systems, Inc., in the early 1990s to serve the
needs of Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GM dealerships.

Looking for a change, Prassel transitioned to NCM Associates
in 1997 where he served as a dealership management consultant, twenty group moderator
and an instructor for the Used Vehicle Academy.

For the past several years, Prassel has worked with Premier
Performance Group where he has consulted with dealers in order to implement
comprehensive net profit improvement programs.

"We are very pleased and excited to have Jay join the Leedom
Group," Leedom said. "His extensive and extraordinary background in serving the
automotive retail community will complement our existing staff add
significantly to our bench strength."

Prassel said he is looking forward to meeting retailers in
the Leedom 20 Groups and strengthening the many relationships he already
has with hundreds of dealers across the country.

"This is an exciting opportunity to work with a
well-respected and nationally recognized firm," said Prassel, an Illinois
resident who will move with his family to southwest Florida.
