ATLANTA — Global Lender Services entered into a marketing
agreement this week with one of the best professional basketball players ever,
Julius Erving.

To promote the GLS brand as well as its subprime auto
finance products and services, this partnership calls for Erving, better known by the nickname Dr. J, to appear in GLS branded advertising campaigns and
make appearances at GLS sponsored events, including the 2013 NADA Convention
and Expo in Orlando, Fla.

When asked why a
partnership Erving would benefit the company, GLS chairman and founder Doug
Duncan said, "It's an opportunity to partner with someone who embodies the key
attributes that are vital in every great athlete and business, including,
strong character and an unwavering commitment to perform at the highest
level.  These principals are what drive
GLS now and into the future."

Erving replied to the same question by stating, "This
partnership was an easy decision based on GLS' impressive business model,
talented management team and Doug's reputation and success in the industry.

"I look forward to working with GLS and helping them execute
their business strategy," Erving went on to say.

Duncan founded GLS early last year. In August, the company acquired
the business of Resurgent Auto Finance, an established subprime auto loan
originator, in a deal that included a $38 million loan portfolio as well as a
funding and servicing platform.

At the same time, GLS entered into a partnership with New
York-based investment firm BlueMountain Capital Management. Several
BlueMountain managed funds and Duncan collectively invested $100 million in
capital with BlueMountain having a majority interest in the company and Duncan
serving as chairman.
