CARY, N.C. — The deadline for reserving a room for the Used Car Week Conferences at the exclusive conference rate is quickly approaching, according to Cherokee Automotive Group executives.

According to conference organizers, Friday is the last day that the hotel — the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa — will be offering the conference room rate of $200 per night. And Bill Zadeits, conference co-chair, cautioned attendees not to delay in booking a room.

“The hotel’s meeting space is completely booked for the week, and hotel room nights are going very quickly,” said Zadeits. “I’m urging all of our attendees to make their reservations as soon as possible to secure their lodging for this dynamic event. Those who don’t make their reservations before this Friday will be paying rack rates at the hotel, which are currently about twice as much as our conference rate.”

Zadeits also noted that the early registration discount for the CPO Forum and the National Remarketing Conference, which was scheduled to end Oct. 14, has been extended by one week and will now end Oct. 21. From now until the end of the discount, registration for the National Remarketing Conference will be $795 and for the CPO Forum will be $395.

After Oct. 21, registration will increase to $995 and $595, respectively. For those wishing to attend both conferences, combined registration is currently $895, but will increase to $1,095 after Oct. 21. The Re3 Conference is free for registered attendees of the CPO Forum or the National Remarketing Conference and is $295 for those who wish to attend just the Re3 Conference.

The Used Car Week Conferences are comprised of the 2011 National Remarketing Conference, the 2011 CPO Forum and the brand-new Re3 (Recovery, Repossession and Remarketing) Conference. All three conferences will be held at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa in Las Vegas the week of Nov. 14–18.
