RICHMOND and NORFOLK, Va. — Last week, Interactive Financial
Marketing Group, a division of Dominion Enterprises, joined with its sister
company, Get Auto, to provide dealers with extended marketing reach via the
Dominion Performance Network (DPN).

Officials highlighted this new partnership represents a step
toward a more collaborative delivery of inventory and finance leads to
automotive dealers — products that have historically been purchased separately.

In addition, officials pointed out that bringing together
IFMG and Get Auto will generate more real-time access to qualified vehicle buyers
by expanding the series of sites and platforms DPN uses to generate interest
for its dealer partners.

Dealers looking for more finance customers can make the most
of their unique inventory by using it to generate loan applications in their
area. Consumers can gain the opportunity to inquire about financing as they
complete their vehicle search.

"Dominion dealers will now be able to leverage our core
domain names to expand their reach in their local markets," said Tom Feary,
general manager of IFMG. "We're excited to be working with Get Auto to develop
the next generation of automotive sales leads for car dealers."

DPN general manager Owen Griffin added, "This partnership
represents a great step toward a unified marketing approach for dealers. We're
looking forward to introducing additional innovative products under the DPN
brand in the coming months."

1-800-CAR-LOAN Joins Dominion Performance Network

In other news, IFMG announced its newly revamped vanity number
product, 1-800-CAR-LOAN, also joined the Dominion Performance Network (DPN).

Since 2002, officials noted IFMG has helped more than 5
million U.S. consumers with their auto financing needs, providing a secure
online credit application and an array of tools such as calculators, news feeds
and credit advice.

The recent re-launch of their flagship vanity number,
1-800-CAR-LOAN, now includes dealer-branded Web pages on the companion website,
1800carloan.com. These pages are structured to take advantage of the latest
best practices in search engine marketing for local search and are formatted
for use on mobile devices.

Under the new arrangement, auto dealers currently generating
inventory leads as Get Auto Featured Dealers will be able to add their Get Auto
inventory to their featured dealer pages on 1-800-CAR-LOAN.com when they sign
up for 1-800-CAR-LOAN.

In addition, participants in the 1-800-CAR-LOAN program can get
access to a payment calculator mobile application for iPhones and Android OS
smartphones, as well as digital display ads, banners, and buttons to use in
existing advertising channels.

"For over 20 years, 1-800-CAR-LOAN was just a number," Feary
said. "We've now strengthened our brand to help our dealer network expand their
reach on the web and into mobile. It's consistent with the way consumers are
shopping today. "
