MONTREAL, Quebec — iMETRIK Solutions, a provider of embedded wireless solutions for the buy-here, pay-here dealer industry, recently announced it created a new business unit to handle client growth.

Because of steady company advancement during the past five years, executives have rolled out iMETRIK Automotive Solutions. They explained that this division includes staff to service the needs of all its partners and clients in the finance, insurance and security segments of the auto industry.

The company believes the creation of this new entity demonstrates its commitment to strengthen its leadership position in the industry. Executives went on to emphasize that they're continuously looking to capture more market share by providing tools for the connected vehicle and GPS solutions market segment.

"The interest in M2M solutions applied to the auto industry remains very strong despite the recent economic downturn," noted Guy Chevrette, chief executive officer of iMETRIK Solutions.
