WACO, Texas — Buy-here, pay-here dealership chain J.D. Byrider recently revealed Waco, Texas-area consumers now have another option when in the market for a used car.

The company announced it has opened a new location in the area, at 4824 W. Waco Drive — bringing J.D. Byrider’s rooftop count in the Lone Star State to 11.

The new 16,000-square-foot location offers used-car sales, financing, eight service bays and a customer service center, officials noted.

Sharing a bit about the leaders of the new store, the company noted this is the fourth franchised location for Mark Bedgood and Bill Evans, a 2011 Franchise of the Year award winner for J.D. Byrider.

The team has also added new partners Charlie Roster and Jim DeVoe, Jr, officials added.

Commenting on the news, Bedgood noted, “We are excited to open our new Waco store and continue the long-standing success of J.D. Byrider as a leading used car and finance company.

“Our store will offer a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty, affordable payments and exceptional customer service for Waco residents with less-than-perfect credit,” he added.

And this isn’t the only store the chain has launched recently.

In addition to the new Waco location, J.D. Byrider opened new stores earlier this year in Highland, Ind.; Richmond, Va.; Oak Lawn, Ill.; and Opelika, Ala.

Including the new stores, J.D. Byrider now has 138 locations in 31 states with plans to open additional stores later this year, the company concluded.
