JM&A Group Offers Profit Guarantee Per Finance Deal
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — JM&A Group announced it is now guaranteeing a specific profit per finance deal for new dealer customers. Those dealers now have the assurance of adding $200 to their bottom line for each deal, what company officials tout as the industry's only written guarantee.
The new financial promise is being offered to new dealer customers who sign up with the JM&A Group during the first quarter of this year. Company executives explained that participating dealers first will receive a 30-day analysis of the store's current performance. Following that analysis, they said dealers will be involved in 90 days of hands-on training at the showroom.
Company officials contend that dealers who adhere the JM&A Group's Success Formula following the on-site training will see an increase of at least $200 per finance deal, aggregated over a 90-day period. If that profit level has not been achieved, company officials pledge to issue a check to the dealer principal.
"JM&A is so confident that our value-added F&I products and proven processes will increase net profits, we're guaranteeing new customers an extra $200 per finance unit," said Forrest Heathcott, president of JM&A Group and executive vice president of JM Family Enterprises.
"If we don't deliver, we will pay the dealer $200 per deal. It's that simple," Heathcott continued.
JM&A Group pointed out that it went to this measure of assurance because of its 30 years of industry experience. Officials further noted that the experience extends to creating and servicing contracts for most vehicle makes and models.
"No other F&I provider can match the auto retailing experience of JM&A Group associates," Heathcott contended.
"When you combine that with JM&A's long history of offering world-class training and products that offer real benefits to a store's customers, it's easy to see why we have the confidence to offer a written guarantee," he added.
For dealers who want more details about this guarantee, JM&A Group officials reminded them about its booth at the NADA Convention Jan. 24 through 27 at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. Officials will be stationed at booth No. 3541.
Furthermore, the company is offering a host of Performance Development Seminars during the NADA Convention.
The seminar titled "Right-sizing Your Dealership for Today's Economy" will be offered on Jan. 24 at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; Jan. 25 at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.; Jan. 26 at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.; and Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m.
The seminar titled "Success Formula — How Can JM&A Guarantee $200 Increases" will be offered on Jan. 24 at 10 a.m., noon and 3 p.m.; on Jan. 25 at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.; on Jan. 26 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; and Jan. 27 at 11 a.m.
