WASHINGTON, D.C.— The National Association of Dealer Counsel recently revealed the location for its 2012 Annual Member Conference.

The spring event is scheduled for April 29–May 1 and will be held at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The association also delved into what attendees can expect at the upcoming conference.

Sessions will include: Top 20 Legal Trends for 2012; Facility Image Programs (strategies for countering factory demands); FTC Dealer Roundtable Discussion; Characteristics of Today’s Dealership M&A Market; Top Issues Facing In-House Dealer Counsel; Overview of NADA’s Legislative, Regulatory, and Judicial Initiatives; Class Action Report; Vehicle Sales in the Cloud (online transactions); Redrawing Dealership Market Territories; and Social Media Issues for Dealers, officials noted.

And the conference will be open to all NADC members. The registration fee is $495 and includes meeting materials, sessions and meal functions, the association shared.
