LAKE FOREST, Calif. — National Creditors Connection Inc. recently added three new national account managers to bolster the company's operations in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast regions of the nation. 

Katie Thibodeau, Ariel Lane and Keith Rowe will work to bring on new credit unions, local and state banks and finance and mortgage companies to the company portfolio. 

"We are thrilled to add three new account managers to the selling team at NCCI," said Joe Weber, the company's director of sales. "By strategically placing account managers in targeted regions we can ensure the benefits of NCCI's services will be communicated. We welcome and support all three and look forward to their contributions to the enterprise." 

Thibodeau, who previously ran a health care collection services division, will work from Boston and focus on the Northeast region.

"It is my joy and privilege to work for the NCCI team as well as bring an impact to the Northeast by representation of the company," Thibodeau said. 

Rowe, who has 13 years of experience in sales and experience working for the Milwaukee Brewers and Anaheim Angels professional baseball teams, will operate from the Milwaukee, Wis., office. 

"I am honored to work for NCCI because the services we provide help the lender and the borrower," Row said. "If the communication is reestablished and a loan is saved, everyone wins." 

Lane will cover the Southeast region from her home base of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Lane has 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and nutritional marketing sales.  

"I'm excited to be with NCCI because the company is run by people who have their best interest in clients and employees," Lane said. "It will be great to have an account manager in the Southeast because I will be extremely accessible and introduce field contact, recovery charge off and loss mitigation to many loan servicers.
