LAKE FOREST, Calif. — National Creditors Connection Inc., a leading provider of nationwide field call services, announced it has promoted senior vice president Jerry Rahon to chief operating officer.

Rahon received a unanimous vote of confidence from NCCI's board of directors and shareholders at the corporate annual meeting in late February.

After joining NCCI in 2006, officials said Rahon has consistently made a positive impact by driving growth and profitability. He strives to exceed industry standards with an emphasis on operational excellence, they noted.
