NCM Plans Free Webinar to Outline Key Principles for BHPH Success
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Whether it's a well-established buy-here, pay-here dealership or a franchise lot looking to venture into the BHPH market, NCM Associates is planning a free Webinar to benefit all managers and salespeople.
The upcoming 60-minute session with NCM's Brent Carmichael titled, "Understanding the Buy-Here, Pay-Here Business Model," is set for 2 p.m. ET on July 27.
Carmichael intends to lead the participants through inventory, sales, collections and accounting fundamentals for BHPH stores, including the demographics of the BHPH customer, building a inventory that sells, managing cash flow and structuring deals to minimize risk and maximize profit.
Carmichael joined NCM in 2007 as an executive conference moderator. NCM indicated Carmichael currently moderates nine Twenty Groups, with seven BHPH groups.
