CARMEL, Ind. — NextGear Capital announced a new vice
president of operations and business development last week.

Named to the role was Peter Grupposo, who will head up the
company's market portfolio strategies and field operational structure. He will
be based at corporate headquarters in Carmel, Ind.

Grupposo's most recent post was as a regional director for
NextGear in the Northeast.

"NextGear Capital is experiencing tremendous growth. To
maintain a balanced approach to strategic planning and developing new
initiatives, we must have people with the diverse experiences that make it
possible," said Shane O'Dell, NextGear's chief operating office.

"Pete brings a wealth of knowledge and creative energy to
the position, and we look forward to the dynamic opportunities he will create."

Grupposo started with NextGear's predecessor — Dealer
Services Corp. — in its New England region in 2005 after beginning his career
with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He has since held numerous management positions.

"I believe that NextGear Capital offers an unmatched level
of service in the industry. I recognize that to maintain that position we must
be constantly evolving, and I am eager to contribute to that evolution,"
Grupposo said.

"I look forward to continuing to work with the industry's
best and the NextGear Capital team."
